Delay to my next challenge

My second 30 day challenge should have started a few days ago but I’ve had to delay it till Monday 20^th at the earliest!

So what I thought I’d do in the mean time is list all the countries that I’ve chosen for my challenge, so everyone can follow my progress.

Judging from my first attempt to start this challenge I may have to move the order of the countries around a bit as I may not be able to get the ingredients for the dish I’ve chosen to make.  

So as I have a few days before my first challenge starts I’ll be using this time to get a few recipes from my chosen countries, so I should be (fingers crossed) ready for when I have to cook that recipe without too much hassle.
